What is the status of property on being resumed does it come in HUF

what is the status of property on being resumed under the ACT RAJASTHAN JAGIR RESUMPTION AND LAND REFORMS ACT OF 1952, the list of property of the jagirdar is finalised by jagir commissioner ,does it become huf property and will be partitioned as per hindu law 1956 wrt mother and brothers of the jagirdar.

There could be no doubt left about the intention of the legislature that upon the resumption of jagir lands, the ex-jagirdar, holding 'khudkasht' lands would not be entitled to conferment of khatedari rights in such lands in case the lands are situated in the Rajasthan Canal area. From the date of resumption of any jagir land, the khudkasht land of the ex-jagirdar shall be deemed to have been held by him as a khatedar tenant thereof
