What is the share of two wives in husband property

We are Hindu my grandfather had two wives married on same day before 1955 now one wife son given false statement and proven second marriage and court given him coparcener and full share to him and other wife marriage void and for him as a member they have given father share. Nor have had the only proof of his date of birth certificate of school where he born in the year 1951 now how to prove that marriage is legal only the evidence is few people from village seen this marriage are alive. What should we do now?

In the given situation, you will have to appeal against the said court order making him the coparcener. Provided you will have to provide some kind of genuine proof/evidence to prove the same. If the other son is able to prove that the marriage of his mother and father took place before your mother and father, he is entitled to the said share.
