What is the procedure to take NOC from previous lawyer and fight my own case in court, what documents are required

taking NOC document is not required if you provided case number we can apply for fresh certified copies he provided all documents for taking NOC not required any permission in any application for only because signature is required from previous owner

you will take NOC from Your previous Lawyer and again will file vakalath appoint new Lawer and fight your case easily so what purpose are you appointment new Lawere they don't coordinate with you are they don't take care if your case they neglect your case so if any reason is their don't worry it is right to took froom NOC From your advocate and

Just, go and meet your previous advoates and ask him to sign in blank Vakalath as NOC and give it to you.
Second way, give your previous advocate a notice through RPAD, stating him about your intentions as to ceasing him from your case.
After that, file your affidavit to Court regarding your intentions of terminating advocate from the case, along with notice copy , postal acknowledgement and postal receipt.
Make sure that you have paid your previous advocate all his payments for his previous services.
