What is the procedure of claiming share in ancestral property

HI Sir/Mam, My father married another lady second marriage after my birth ,now he is staying with her and selling property of my grandfather ,not sharing those money to me and my mom ,so how can i get share from ancestral property and i had cased a patrician suite against this with help of one lawyer but No use he not showing any activeness in my case can you please suggest what i have to do now.

Hello! Along with the partition suit you also should have filed a injunction petition not to alienate the property. If your lawyer is not showing any interest then you have every right to appoint another lawyer taking no objection from the earlier lawyer. As you are saying the property is ancestral you had a very good case in favour of you.
