05-Oct-2023 (In Civil Law)
We had filed a civil case of for a property. The court order reads. Order pronounced. Vide my separate detailed judgment of even date, the present suit filed by plaintiff has been decreed with costs. Decree sheet be prepared accordingly and file be consigned to record room after due compliance. Is that mean we have won the case in entirety?
As per ur version ur claim in suit has been accepted by the court with cost of the suit. A decree sheet is drawn by the cort which descibs ur claim and cost of the suit u incurred as per plaint like cort fees etc. As pr memo of cost.
Yes. You have won the case and your suit has been decreed with costs. Costs includes stamp fees, process fee; the detail of which you can see on the back of Decree Sheet provided by court on your request.
