What is the last resort to give the exam even after getting repeated

I have failled in my bca exam in academic session and after that they gave 3 chances to pass out i did not got passed due to my dad health isues i didnt got time to study.now peoblem is that i only get 6 years to complete degree but i havent cleared it so is there any way through law that i can one last chance to atempt exam and get my degree.
it depends upon the terms of the college whether they will accept the change in category . however you can submit an affidavit stating your category . you can also write a letter to the college mentioning your reasons and demands. It depends upon them that whether they will accept it or not
