What is the criteria to terminate a government employment

My father was a peon in civil court he he gave his services for more than 18 months but because of some personal issues of CJM My father was dismissed.. with the verdict of illegal Reinstatement.. so my question is how can someone be dismissed even after 18 months service..Its an old case . Atleast 20 yrs old.. what should I do.

It is very difficult to challenge a 20 years old matter of dismissal. You should had been challenge it at that very time, in High court by filling writ application . Anyway ,final opinion can be given after perusing the appointment and dismissal order.

For everyone it is a dead case, no court can condone this type of limitation of 20 years still you can give it a try because sometime the luck of the client also works. you can file a writ petition directly to the High Court.

No employee can be dismissed without following due course of law. Your father's entire case is needed to be scrutinized properly. If your father has been dismissed without following the law and for no fault, he will certainly get justice.
