What if defendant has not filed Board of resolution

11-Aug-2023 (In Civil Law)
Please reply me if the defendant has not filed Board of resolution at the time of filing the Written Statement & Cross Examination. Our case is at the arguments stage. Can we raise this irregularity now. If not, will the High Court gives us relief on this account.

hi
yes you must raise the objections as the same is legal and technical in nature, there is no estoppel in taking legal objections.
however this objection may not have force since it is technical in nature.
for any other query please feel free to revert back
