What are the rights of a bonafide purchaser of land ?

My dad gave my property share later he canceled the document without knowing that I sold the property to another person but after registration he did not give money .can I go 4 appeal at supremacist.property is ancestral am Hindu

Hai.
I need to know about the nature of transaction tat ur father made to u. Also the bar to transfer further only arises if u have effected mutation f the property in ur plot. Moreover mere registration f a document never confirms physical claim ovr land. For tat have to effect mutation. I think its time have direct contact with a civil lawyer f ur locality along with all available facts.
Since u hadnt mentioned the date f transfer n other things. There is a limitation strike f 3years from cause f action.

Inform the nature of document by which father has transferred the property to you. If it is a will he can cancel it any time. You say you have sold it to a third party, but the buyer has not paid you. Isn't it? (Or whether it was a gift deed, or a settlement deed ...) Please furnish full details for an advise.
