What action to be taken when more amount is paid to money lender

I BORROW MONEY FROM MONEY LENDER AMOUNT 300000 LAKHS WITH 5% RATE OF INTEREST PER MONTH.BUT TILL NOW I ALMOST PAID AMOUNT 600000 AS INTEREST AS THEY NOT DEDUCTED THE AMOUNT FROM PRINCIPAL ...SO WHAT TO DO NOW AND WHAT IS MY RIGHT..PLEASE GIVE ME SOLUTION

If you did all your transection in black and white than there is legal support you can adopt. If not than file an FIR in the police with the whole truth, if the person lending you money had no govt. Licence to do so, he will lend in trouble and you might get your account squared.
