Wedding photographer took money and hasn't given any deliverables.

Hi, my photographer is delaying in giving any deliverables committed from his end. He doesn't respond to our calls, msgs, emails. I (8months pregnant) n my sis(abt to shift abroad) is diff for us to keep following up with him on regular basis. He has taken 60% advance and has not delivered anything till date. Please suggest some solution, as it is becoming very difficult for us to keep following up like this in such situation.
Hi... if you already paid him full amount and you gave receipt for the same in the first instance we can send a legal notice to him by making demand of needful of his work. if he not turned we can file a police complaint or private complainant before the court.
