Q: I have taken a loan from my friend and he backstabbed me

Hi Sir Myself Harish and I have taken an amount of 4 Lakh for weekly interest with my friend and I have paid interest more than double the money and he asked for a settlement but I asked him for time, he took a 100 rs bond paper and 6 blank cheques of mine last november. After a month without informing me he has bounced the cheques in three different persons name for Rs25,00000 and he has sent me a legal notice to clear 25 Lakhs. I have got a summons from court telling me to attend the court . I will attend the court should I take an anticipatory bail for this or is it enough for me to attend the court. No need to get anticipatory bail.. Because the offence is bailable in nature.. You should attend the court and seek regular bail.. The court will not send you to jail.. Anyway consult your legal advisor soon

Q: How to change girls age from 17 to 19 legally

Hello sir my marriage is fixed with a girl but there is a problem for marriage, Her actual date of birth is 23/3/2000 but in documents like birth certificate and ssc marks sheet it is 23/3/2002. So in next year if I want to marry her in 2019 after April her age will be 17 as per documents. But her actual age will be 19 which is safe age to marry a girl in India. How to solve this issue, I want to marry her without any child marriage issues. Her parents are saying her actual date of birth is 23/3/2000. Plz plz say me procedure.

If her age is 17 as per documents, then it will be good for her professional work (if she works or intend to work) Anyway you can change her birth year by executing a affidavit. Or file a declaration suit in the court..

Q: Wedding photographer took money and hasn't given any deliverables.

Hi, my photographer is delaying in giving any deliverables committed from his end. He doesn't respond to our calls, msgs, emails. I (8months pregnant) n my sis(abt to shift abroad) is diff for us to keep following up with him on regular basis. He has taken 60% advance and has not delivered anything till date. Please suggest some solution, as it is becoming very difficult for us to keep following up like this in such situation.

Give a police complaint or file private complaint in the court. You may also file suit for specific performance.. You have not disclosed about the agreement? Is there any agreement made between you? If yes, it will support your case.

Q: About Opening Of Case If SP Of District Changed..

The court has given time that if 3 months u didn't get any case the case will close.. if any SP of that district changed is that case going to reopen the case and the duration of 3 month become cansel r wt?

no duration of the three months will not cancel because the court has directed you not to do further offences within 3 months. if the SP of the district changed nothing will change. The court is observing your attitude.

Q: How and where to file a bigamy case

Hi, one of my relative wants to file Bigamy case who is basically from Shimoga but residing in Bangalore with children due to conflict, please help me with the following doubts. 1) Should we go to police station 1st or can we life the case directly in court? Which is better option? 2) can we file the case in Bangalore or in Shimoga? Which will be more effective.?

In bigamy case you can file complaint either in police station or directly to court.. It is more effective to file a complaint in the court.. You can file complaint at BENGALURU or shimoga.. You can file a complaint in BENGALURU it is very convenient for you to attend the court regularly.
