Q: FIR filed for 498A but charge sheet not submitted since 9 months, what is the time limit to file cha

Suppose if husband has cheated wife and he is in abroad. and his wife is suffering without getting any stay in in-laws home in india. and he is filed with an 498A and now police has filed f.i.r 9 months back, but they are not submitted chargesheet in 498a case to court . When we ask that why still charge sheet not submitted they are telling that we are not getting victim .so is this possible without him they cannot file charge sheet?? Or police is playing game ?

Police can file charge sheet without him by showing him AS ABSCOND.. And they may file charge sheet against the others if any.. It's not the correct for saying police are playing games.. They are doing their work..

Q: Can contested divorce changed to mutual after date for trial given ?

My husband denied to give divorce in mutal consent.. now the court has been given date for trial.. Can contested one turn to mutual if he agree to give divorce ?, how to convert contested divorce to mutual divorce ?

Yes, anyone can agree to give mutual consent divorce if another agrees at any stage of proceedings. If he agrees to give mutual consent then file a mutual consent petition with a help of your advocate..

Q: I have taken a loan from my friend and he backstabbed me

Hi Sir Myself Harish and I have taken an amount of 4 Lakh for weekly interest with my friend and I have paid interest more than double the money and he asked for a settlement but I asked him for time, he took a 100 rs bond paper and 6 blank cheques of mine last november. After a month without informing me he has bounced the cheques in three different persons name for Rs25,00000 and he has sent me a legal notice to clear 25 Lakhs. I have got a summons from court telling me to attend the court . I will attend the court should I take an anticipatory bail for this or is it enough for me to attend the court. No need to get anticipatory bail.. Because the offence is bailable in nature.. You should attend the court and seek regular bail.. The court will not send you to jail.. Anyway consult your legal advisor soon

Q: How to change girls age from 17 to 19 legally

Hello sir my marriage is fixed with a girl but there is a problem for marriage,Her actual date of birth is 23/3/2000 but in documents like birth certificate and ssc marks sheet it is 23/3/2002.So in next year if I want to marry her in 2019 after April her age will be 17 as per documents. But her actual age will be 19 which is safe age to marry a girl in India. How to solve this issue, I want to marry her without any child marriage issues. Her parents are saying her actual date of birth is 23/3/2000.Plz plz say me procedure.

If her age is 17 as per documents, then it will be good for her professional work (if she works or intend to work)Anyway you can change her birth year by executing a affidavit. Or file a declaration suit in the court..

Hi, my photographer is delaying in giving any deliverables committed from his end. He doesn't respond to our calls, msgs, emails. I (8months pregnant) n my sis(abt to shift abroad) is diff for us to keep following up with him on regular basis. He has taken 60% advance and has not delivered anything till date. Please suggest some solution, as it is becoming very difficult for us to keep following up like this in such situation.

Give a police complaint or file private complaint in the court. You may also file suit for specific performance..You have not disclosed about the agreement? Is there any agreement made between you? If yes, it will support your case.
