We want for Property separation

We want to separate our total property and giving the actual amount of property to my uncle, but they don't want to separate, asking for court advice, we are trying for mutual separation from the last 2 years, but till date but nothing worked, please help

dear client as per your query since you want equal division of partition of the property among you all,so, you can apply for a partition suit in court you will get distribution of the properties among you all..

you have to file partition suit in civil court of competent jurisdiction to effectuate partition by metes and bounds. otherwise you wont be able to get fruitful result. After partition, each shareholder's property will be demarcated by court's order.
