20-Apr-2023 (In Civil Law)
We applied for government land measuring of non-agriculture property for the building completion certificate. Our neighbour objected until we received K prat of land measurement, claiming that his CTS numbers were mentioned in K prat of land measurement, which was completed prior to starting the municipal corporation-approved planThat was true. In order to correct CTS nos in our land measurement K prat, the surveyor had to measure our land and the land of our neighbours once more. However, my father's name appears on a CTS number that belongs to my neighbor's plot. According to city survey data, it has been there since 1988He is now putting pressure on us to make a gift in his honour for that specific CTS no so that he can transferHe oversaw the surveyor who was in charge of removing our name from the CTS numbers even though the surveyor was also demanding that we should give a giftPlease provide alternatives to performing a gift deed.

Well, instead of executing Gift Deed, you can write a formal complaint to the Superintendent of Land Records or to the Town Planning Department to correct the wrongdoing made by them which led to your Father's name appearing on the CTS No of your Neighbor.
