Water tanks placed on terrace causing seepage in our ceiling

02-May-2023 (In Civil Law)
Hello, nWe are residents of an apartment complex, our building is 4 storey, our flatis at the top storey. One of our building residents has place two huge water tanks directly over our bedroom and because of it we are facing seepage and leakage in our bedroom so much so that our P. O. P ceiling is now broken in pieces. What can we do about this legally because we have approched the society members and they are unable to do anything because of the quarellsome nature of the people involved.

Well, you have to escalate this matter either before the Cooperative Court or before the City Civil Court to seek monetary compensation and legal remedy of seeking the requisite repairs to again build your POP roof of your Bedroom.
