Water leakage from the ceiling

Last 12 years , water is dripping from my ceiling during the monsoon. Inspire of asking the owner above my flat, he is refusing to do so. We are senior citizens and we are threatened by the owner and his son.

If it is a flat in the Society, also ask for committee's intervention and necessary repairs as you are paying maintenance. Check if owner above made any structural changes that has caused seepage. 12 yrs is too long period to wait. start with notice and subsequently complaint application before coop soc registrar can be preferred
