Wants to claim my share on ancestral property from my uncles

My grandpa died in 2009 and their brothers and their sons shared the property among themselves.they never approached us and illegally shared the property from my grandpa's father names to their name how we can get that property plz suggest us.

As you say that the property is an ancestral one and your uncles and your grandfather's brothers have illegally shared the property among themselves without your father's or your consent , you as a grandson/granddaughter have right of share in the ancestral property. Immediately send a legal notice to all your uncles and your grandfather's brothers seeking share in the property shared by them without your knowledge and consent and ask them to give your share in the property, if they do not settle the issue amicably, file a partition suit in the jurisdictional civil court and proceed further.
