I need to know the procedure to withdraw a civil case. The plaintiff and defendants have arrived at a compromise and the Plaintiff is willing to withdraw the case. I want to know a) the procedure and time taken b) can the application of withdrawal be submitted and case dismissed before the next hearing date Thanks
