Want to file a case against cheating girlfriend...

hiii I loved a girl she also accepted my proposal after 5 months.. she juts said I don’t want to love anyone so you may go !! But I don’t know why ? I asked her she said I don’t want to...I respect that so I didn’t tourcher her for an commitment...but she regularly asking money to me...then she said she may change in future and she said she will feel a lot if I left her...I am totally confused so I gave money for her needs....like hostel rent, food, and for her job....after she got job she openly saying just go away from me...she’s having the conversation between us on fight...like she’s saying me to and I am saying why should I go....she got the point now...she told me to go but staying with her is my decision so there is no fault in her...but I don’t want her...coz she’s cheating...but I want my money back and I having all the money transferred evidence of giving her money...pls tell me what should I do now? I want my money? So can I file a case to recover my money ?

you cannot file a case against your girlfriend for love failure and all but average expenses so if you can't blame it alone then that should be a proof you can file a case proclaiming that amount Court fee should be paid
