what is the procedure to change the fathers name in 10th and 12th marksheets

The board has no such provision of change of names. Therefore, you will have to file a case in the High Court against the board to change your name. The board will do it. If there is just spelling change than this will require only affidavit, but if entire name needs to be changed then it will require a bit long procedure before filing of the case. we have sucessfully done 2 name change cases.

write to the concerned board within stipulated period for change in name of father in certificate. if they refuse you can approach the high court or concerned court by filing a suit for declaration. should you have any questions please feel free to contact me
