Want to change personal name officially

Heyy,
There is spelling mistake in my name, and I am pursuing my post graduation with the same name 10th -12th -Graduation and also other places. I use the same name, with this I face many problems, I always used to tell people not to write corect spelling, my name spelling is this, someone people say it should be not be your official name..... etc.
So I want to change my name.I belong to uttar Pradesh and currently living in pune(Maharashrata )
May I know the entire process / steps for this?
And how much time it will take?
