Want my father community certificate, that is change of caste

My father belonged to sc community, my mother belonged to oc community. My father was a bank employee expired 20 years back. He wrote my and my siblings caste is oc in school education. We don't have any idea about this. Now I want to change this, I want sc community certificate. My father community certificate not there in the home. He was submitted one capy in the bank. How many i proceed. Please suggest and guide me. Thank you.

you can write a requesting letter to the bank manager that yu are not having the sc community certificate,it has been misplaced,so that yu want to receive that sc community certificate frm bank,they will give Xerox copy,no need to worry.

you are entitled to succeed the caste of either of your parents. make an application with the concerned revenue authorities afresh mentioning the caste you want and you have to enclose a copy of your father's caste certificate for proof of the caste you are claiming.
