Want Divorce Due To Wife Misbehave And Mental Tourcher

I am government emp married 2.5years for 2 years my wife was staying with my brother family as we are living jointly. But my wife played different tricks to trouble my brother family and also qurrel with me always. From 1 month she is staying with me but her attitude is not change and now her family is also involve. There are mny condition I am not able to visit my native place, her daily demnds are increasing, after analyisiing I made up my mind to get seprated, please suggest how this can be executed without affecting my job and my brother family.

Respected sir you want to divorce from the wife . you also stated that your wife staying with the your brother family and she trouble with the family and now she staying with your but there atuted are very harrasment to you and your family . now you can file a divorce case against them.

You can file a divorce before the competent court of law on ground of mental cruelty. This will not gonna affect your job and brother's family. If her behavior is such that you cannot live with ,then you should get separated. On filing divorce , hon'ble gonna notice your wife to hear both of you and then court will decide it.
