My question is : can i get my money back or is there a provision to get my money back,
my case: paid money to a agent for admission, however agent send me a forged certificate and is now not returning the money.

you should file a criminal complaint before a nearest police station and mention every details of the fraud caused by the agent. provide his exact address and contact number and police will take action.

you will have to file a suit for recovery of the money under the provisions of civil procedure code.
once the matter is admitted in the civil court then the court will pass an order for the return of your money..unless you go to the courts you don't have any remedy..
