if you have a backdated enrollment you have to regularity it the recruiter then cannot say anything if the enrollment is regularised it won't affect then on the application for government job if your candidature is not challenged

Aapki degree agar UGC recognized private university se hai aur aapne RTI ke through uski authenticity verify kar li hai, to wo legally valid mani jayegi. UGC Regulations, 2020 ke anusaar Distance Learning degree regular degree ke equivalent hoti hai. Backdated enrollment ka issue recruiting authority utha sakti hai. Lekin agar university ne RTI reply mein enrollment genuine bataya hai aur degree session ke dauran university UGC-DEB approved thi, to rejection ka basis kamzor hoga. SSC, UPSC, State PSC mein verification ke time university se confirmation liya jaata hai. Agar RTI aur university record match karte hain to aapki candidature valid rahegi. Legal protection ke liye: 1. RTI reply, admission receipt, exam marksheet, degree certificate sambhal kar rakhein. 2. Agar candidature reject ho to CAT ya High Court mein writ petition file karke interim relief maang sakte hain. 3. Supreme Court ne Orissa Lift Irrigation Corp. vs Rabi Sankar Patro (2018) mein kaha hai ki UGC recognized degree ko bina strong reason reject nahi kiya ja sakta. Dhyan rahe ki jis session mein admission dikhaya gaya hai, us session mein university ko distance course chalane ki UGC se permission honi chahiye. Agar permission nahi thi to degree invalid ho sakti hai.

ur graivances are informative in nature. if u are aggrieved by action of university u can approach UGC first then adopt other legal remedy wheather the University is under control of UGC or not thus remedy depend on facts of circumstances of issue
