Validity of affidavit of consent for court marriage

I want to ask my boyfriend and me doing court marriage without my parent's permission so he wants me to sign 2affidavit for his safety.one is where it says that it is doing myself no one force me and another one is he didn't ask money from me for marriage.so if my parents file case against him so he can save himself.is it right.and there will be no use of it in future for any other wrong direction?

See as such there is no legal value of that affidavit.. all that will matter is your statement before police if your parents files a case.. Then also if you want shield from the mis-use of that affidavit then get him signed another affidavit that previous affidavit will only be used in above mentioned condition..

Actually as per my knowledge there is no such affidavit required. But he is doing so then it will not prejudice you as it is for his convenience as it is not going to harm you in any manner whatsover. However i can exactly suggest you only after perusal of affidavit. Thanks
