Valadity of Vakalat in a disposed case

A case had been disposed in high court and in trial court 1 year ago. Can advocate representing in both cased again appear in same cases without filing fresh vakakatnama from.client after final disposal of cases

NO you cannot. You will have to file a fresh Vakalat in the court where you are filing the case. Since the case is disposed you will have to file a new Vakalat which gives you the opportunity to represent your client in a court of law. As the case is disposed so will the validity of your Vakalat. Since you are preferring either a new OS or an Appeal you will have to file a fresh Vakalat.
