UPSC CSE HOME STATE DURING DAF

I have done my 12th and graduation from Delhi my 10th is done from UP my father is posted in UP. I am born in UP but living in delhi since 2013 but I don't have any id of Delhi, so while filling home state in DAF should I fill UP as my HOMESTATE or DELHI as there is nothing explicitly mentioned on upsc website.
You must have certificates like Domicile certificate, Voters id or/ and any other certificate to show that you belong to that state. If asked by the concerned authorities during your selection process. Therefore be careful before mentioning anything and can also confirm from the Department itself which has declared vacancies.
