Dear Lawyers, I seek urgent advice on a distressing legal situation. I hired a lawyer associated with the Allahabad High Court who has been unresponsive, neglectful, and arrogant. The lawyer's junior fails to answer calls and withholds the certified copy of the case. They show themselves as prominent lawyers but lack the time to address my concerns, and my case has been transferred to an inexperienced junior who mishandles it. I fear my money has been wasted. How can I obtain a refund ?

on the above mentioned query the legal opinion is that please engage another lawyer for persue the legal proceedings of your case and forget all these things about your current lawyer. it is only the best way.
