Unregistered sale deed forgery done how can we get justice

My dad sold our land to one person.The document was released in feb,2007 but inside the sale deed he typed the agreement date and everything as jan,2007. Many times we told him to complete registration, but he didnt do that. After 4 years he was willing to complete the registration, but we are not ready. Now case for this is going in court, then he also changed the agreement date and document release date in the document with blade and forged,before submitting to the court. The case was registered in the court in dec,2010. Is this case is valid? Is this document valid? To whom this case is favour?
Due to intentional misrepresentation of the sale deed and submitting a forged document in the court is a punishable offence under section 195 of the Inidian Penal Code, the pending civil suit with regard to the property will be void.

Can we break sale agreement?
