University cancelled admission after exam

01-Jun-2023 (In Civil Law)
I got admission in a government University. I applied for reallocation (getting admission to a higher college). When you apply for reallocation, you have to pay for the remaining fees of the higher college. I missed seeing my name in reallocation process- Hence, I could not pay the feesnI gave my 1st semester exams after paying examination fees. After giving the exams, the University cancelled my admission (a notice on the University's website says that if the remaining amount for the higher college is not paid, candidature will be cancelled)nMy year would become a waste. Can University take me back by any way?

You need to send them a written letter or a legal notice and in that letter/notice you can write that you are willing to pay your remaining fees and tell your excuse as to why you was not able to pay your fees. The university then may consider your request and take you back. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Yes the university can take you back. You will have to file a writ in High court regarding the malicious actions of the University as it is, it's a government University so you can easily go in writ petition against them.
