Uncle got money from gradfather and claims he didnt get money on land

Sir , My grandfather gave money to my father and my uncle(fathers brother) equally 15 years back. My father used the money to buy land and my uncle spent and wasted it.Now he kept a case in court stating my grandfather gave all
the money to my father and wants a share in our land as our land price inreased.What do we do?
first of all you have to prove that partition among your father and your junior peternal uncle taken place 25 years ago. then ur uncle can't get over the propertis earned by ur father with his share of money or earned subsequently with his jarf earnings. consult a good lawyer.
