Uncle doing illegal work and threatening to file false case.What to do

In December, 2016, my younger Uncle started digging mass land by deploying JCB machine and threw the earthen soil in land that we are cultivating under our possession. When my father asked him to stop throwing that soil on our cultivated land, he stared creating nuisance, trespassing, beating my younger brother and my wife with the help of his family members used abusive language to my family members including my mother and wife. Suddenly he went to police station by threatening us that I will say that you have broken my wife’s teeth and also will not let any member of my family to do Govt. Job and on this account of statement, he filed a case there. Ram Lok along with his family members and relatives, forcefully carried-out the illegal work on Suitland and made it to concrete floor. Police did not took any action and did not came to spot.
