Transfer of the property Cheating matter what to do

04-May-2023 (In Civil Law)
Person A Sells a property (house) to Person B, Person A have kept the petition to transfer the property to Person B. After selling without changing the property to Person B in the gram-panchayat the property has been handover to the court for the debts of Person A. So, we have cleared the debts of him even after the total payment of the property value to Person A. And after the disposal of the case the person (Person A) who had sell the property has kept an objection to don’t transfer the property. So, what we have to do to transfer the property without the objection of Person A. From this it is to know that literally they have cheated us. Can this be solved without any Court involvement?

Dear Client, As per information whether A sold property to B. What is the sale consideration. Even after payment of consideration to A, has B pays another amount to outsider who filed a case against the property of A. If so Why did again A put objection for transfer of property. In the first sentence you wrote that A sells a property (house) to B. Then what is the necessity to transfer the property again without objection by A to B.

is there is any attachment in the property prevail please make petitions to raise such attachment as the amount is satisfied by you and then you can seek mutation from the panchayat and as attachment over house prevails no question of outside settlement
