To stop construction of mosque because of sound pollution increases

Respected sir,
Construction of mosque between the houses we are all objecting this mosque construction because of already having 4 mosque's near the houses below 150m one to another and after this construction sound pollution will be increased so living in this will be distrubences on this we complaint to govt officers not responded so we are requesting any rules have to stop this construction of mosque.
You can file civil suit in court of law against the owner of land where mosque to be constructed.On the ground of sound pollution and illegal use of residential zone permission turning into spiritual place.
