To leave the collage hostel but problems created by college

Sir,
My name is Vimlesh Kumar Kanaujiya . My problem is that, I am living in college hostel , the total fees of college hostel is 55000₹. And I have deposited 10000₹. But due to some physical abnormalities , i want to leave hostel but college says that you i will have to pay total fee to leave the college. But we belong to lower level family and i can't afford so much money therefore decided to stay out of hostel.because staying out of hostel is less expensive.

your problem is a genuine one and therefore they have to return the amount that has been deposited by you. you should approach the college authorities with a written request and if they do not respond send a legal notice to them.
