If on reading the WA file contents it appears that the outcome will affect you, then you better make an attempt to get your self impleaded . For going through the file you need to get a copy of the same , net necessarily certified copy. You also need to bring the matter of WA in the civil court.

Hi please bring it to the notice of the Hon'ble High Court about the case being pending at the Bangalore Civil Court pertaining to the same survey number. Let the court decide whether to consider the Writ Appeal or to wait till the judgement is passed in the lower court.

When a suit is pending before the court where you are a party and when you come to know about the pending case before another court in respect of the same subject matter you must get yourselves impleading as a party in the another case
You may file such application in WA and explain the court that you should be head in the matter Better do it through your advocate
