To get back my original certificates without paying fees,.

I had joined a private dental college and I studied there for 30 days. Now I want to get back my original certificates to hand over it to RRB For my Job recritment. Can I get my original certificates from college without paying any fees?

If you have signed any agreement that you will pay the entire fee amount in case of withdrawing you're course, the case will be difficulty. Some institutions return the certificates freely if they can fill up the vacancy at that time.

Educational institutions have no right to keep hold of a person's certificates; and it is mandatory for them to return it, if you wish to discontinue your studies. And they cannot charge you the next semester/any other fee for the vacant seat. If they keep hold of your certificates, send a legal notice with the help of any authentic civil advocate in your locality.
