TN registered bike in Mumbai for 1 year Usage without changing the reg

I moved recently to Mumbai for job purpose and will be here for another 2 years. I would like to use my TN registered bike in Mumbai without changing the registration. What are the chances to use my bike legally during this period. Kindly advice.

Well, you cannot use your Tamilnadu Bike here in Maharashtra without informing about the same to the local RTO here in Maharashtra. You can file an Application to use your Tamilnadu Bike for some days without getting it Registered with it Maharashtra RTO, but still, you have to inform and seek the permission of the local RTO to use your Tamilnadu Bike in Maharashtra without registering the same with Maharashtra RTO.
