Hi, As per the information provided by you, it can be said that the title if the property is clear as you have received the property through Gift Deed. But it is pertinent to mention here that it would be feasible to first see the chain of documents and then guide you in a proper way because there can be some clauses in the documents which may go against you. Mam, No one has right for claim the property if title is clear. Further, the property has been received in registered gift deed 8 years back. In such case , No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his or her property if title on property is clear.
