Dear Client,
As soon as you filed the case before Hon'ble Court, Court issues Notice regarding filing of this suit to all Defendents ( Opposite parties) so that they all could appear before the court and file vakalat on their behalf and to file written statement . It will take some time because equal opportunity is provided to both the parties in order to provide justice .If in case they fail to appear , the case is decided exparte you will be getting order as soon as possible. Good Luck..!!

Thanks,

Hello,
Once you have filled suit before court after hearing to your advocate for admission of suit court will order for suit summons to the defendants. If correct address s given and party receives notice then on next hearing only they will have to appear with their advocate and file vakalat. And within 90 days from then should file their objections it written statement.
