Time limit for stamp duty when can challans be used

Hi, we paid stamp duty and registration charges before 4 months. As registration was kept on hold due to some papers from owners. Is there any time limit with in which challans should be used?

No there is no time limit provided for the same. you are not required to pay the stamp duty again.
