Third Person stops construction

We had purchased a Site a month ago, started construction, suddenly a person claiming Landlord brother son is not allowing us, telling me some family partition issue, The current RTC is in name of Landlord, so partition shd be fine, ours is fourth tranasaction, BBMP B khata, tax paid up to date, shed and electricity supply is there, the layout was formed 15 years back, with some 8 to 10 build up buildings already there, the issues have popped up a month back only, how should i handle this.

I suggest you should get your property documents checked with a proper advocate. If such third person has got any rights or not. If not then you can go ahead with the construction.

yours is forth transaction there is no any problem, he came on partition get share right but here documet is clear. as per the law he don't have right ask. you just file injuction against him. and iff there is chance to file one Tressposser & PCR also.

Hi please consult an advocate well versed with transfer of property matters and seek to apply for an injunction restraining the third person to interfere in your construction activity. Do not delay on the process to take legal steps ASAP.
