There is an illegal cereals godown near my house.

What should i do to take action against them as they make lots of noise and dust and dirt which makes problem for my grandmother who is a asthma patient
Well, you can either lodge a PIL or Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Indian Constitution before concerned High Court by pleading that Cereal Godown should be shifted in remote area, away from your Residential area, otherwise, such Godown will keep on creating Nuisance, remain indulged in spreading Sound & Air Pollution, due to which, if something happens to your family or to any of the resident living in your residential area, then State Govt shall be held responsible & as such, the Judiciary too shall held itself liable for not giving Justice.

file FIR against him in near police Station. Criminal liabilities is impose on him. There is a lots of work for seniors citizen under seniors citizen act but FIR is important then action is taken . check the licences from nagar palica and get that licence and made the case under consumer forum
