When complaint given, police registered FIR,its police duty to take action, there is a delay of 6months,No need to worry,we have no more option,We should file a private compliant in the court,After file the court will give directions to police,to take action, that is the right way

hi if no FIR is taken by the police even after long period of time then you could give complaint to the superior authorities to take action in this regard and if they failed to do it and take any action then you could approach court

Hello Sir; we can proceed with the protest petition before the magistrate or else we can move ahead with writ petition before the respective State High Court. Where police will get direction from the Hon’ble High Court for speeding up the investigation process.
