Even after filing a complaint at the police station, no action was taken. How do we approach this?

Good Morning Sir/ Mam, Apart from the Civil Cases, the Police Department is liable to take actions as per the Criminal Proceedings(CrPC). If the Local Station, doesn't take further steps or legal actions means, you can appeal before the DSP/ AC, then Escalate before the SP / DC., If the Police Department is completely disappointed means, you can approach the court for get Direction..,

Hello sir, You can again give a letter to the DSP regarding your issue. even if the DSP of your District did not take any action regarding it, then you can very well approach High Court of Madras to file a direction petition. for further clarifications please feel free to call me
