Article 20(3) of Indian constitution and 161(2)crpc/180(2) bnss. however the section and article must be understood as neither of them are absolute in nature but qualified Can discuss with your lawyer

In India, the right to remain silent is protected under Article 20(3) of the Constitution, preventing self-incrimination. Under Section 161(2) CrPC, an accused cannot be forced to answer incriminating questions during police investigations.
