The course in central universities is running without recognition

we are students from 7 central universities in india. A techer profession program B.SC.BED. & B.A.B.ED is running in every universities but it is not recognized by NCTE( NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR TEACHER EDUCATION) universities is providing us fake degree & marksheets. Without recognition our course is not valid & we are not able to get any job in teccher posts. How law & justice system of india can help us in order to provide us justice . As per section 14 and 15 of the National Council for Education Act, 1993 an education institution offering or intending to offer a course or training in teacher education shall make an application to the concerned Regional Committee to obtain recognition or affiliation. If the education institution fails or neglects to obtain recognition or permission under this Act, the qualification in teacher education obtained pursuant to such course or training or after undertaking a course or training in such institution, shall not be treated as a valid qualification for purposes of employment. In a case where education institution is offering a course or training in teacher education without recognition then no provision is provided for complaint or punishment is provided under the Act. A student who has cleared the course or traning does not have any remedy. However, a student can file writ petition or PIL in the High Court stating his case and seek some relief with regard to the degree, recognition, employment etc and also agaisnt the Universities.
