Sir I purchased the property its commercial one Teant is denying the Relationship of landlord and Teant bcoz nor we are having the rental agreement not our pervious vendor was having the rental agreement he is claiming the owner ship by some forged document like GPA affidavit and full and final settlement unregistered paper now how to remove her and take over the possession from her without agreement we can prove him as a tenant how to remove her he is claiming owner ship on what ground can we remove her

you issue notice to him immediately after service of the same than you file immediately civil suit for eviction her from the property if you have proper documents than follow above procedure and also you can ask rent in that property
