Mere dadi ne ek jameen kharidi thi,plane paper me likh ke jameen kharida gay tha,1961me, mere ek tau ne us jameen ko 197 goverment 5settalment me apna name pe karwa lia , lekin kabja hamara he or jameen v hamne hi kahida tha, lekin aj tau ne us jagah ko hamare name pe karne se mana kar rahe hen..or Dara rahe hen ki jameen mere name pe he me kuch v kar sakta hun .plz margdarshan Karen ki hame ab kya karna chahiye

Ghabrayie mat !! Ek baat dhyaan me rakhiye ki Bina registration k jameen khareeda nahi Jaa sakta India me. plain paper me likhke jameen kharidi nahi jaa sakti. Lekin jo bhi apka ownership ka documents jaise ki koi deed, ya ROR, wo sab dekhne ke baad hi bata sakenge ki iska best solution kya ho sakta h. Lekin iska v solution h. Toh. ghabrayiye nahi.
